The first thing that makes a difference is just feeling comfortable. You don’t need fancy gym wear, just soft, breathable clothes that let you move easily. When I feel comfortable, I’m much more likely to actually show up and do the workout.


















A good mat makes a big difference, especially if you’re doing floor workouts, stretching, or anything low impact. I personally prefer something a bit thicker to support my knees and make workouts more comfortable.
