I struggled with painful chapped lips for MONTHS! The problem was it wasn’t your average needs some Carmex and call it a day dryness— I had no idea what to do or what it was and Google recommendations seemed to make it much worse. I realized after plenty of trial and error that what I was experiencing came from damaging the natural skin barrier on my lips, as well as a form of lip dermatitis. After tons of products, tubes of Vaseline, and plenty of tears these are my heaven sent fix-alls!
