Look Good Feel Better - Make Up
I attended a Look Good Feel Better workshop. I have been feeling really awful about the way I look now. I know it will get better, but for now, I learned that these products can help me feel more like myself. All are for sensitive skin, and allow for minimal product usage. Baby steps will help you embrace the New and Wonderful you!
Make- Up basics
A few items to have for those days you are feeling good and want to feel a bit like your old self. Brows and cheeks make a huge difference. xx
I lost alot of my brows, this made it easy for me to give the illusion of a brow. Easy to use.
You may or may not lose your eyelashes. But this formula is great as it is sensitive and will enhance what you do have. It will also be gentle on your eyes when the lashes are coming back.
AWESOME! Has bronzer, blush and a highlighter. I never use much make up, but a bronzer and blush, spf and moisturized skin, you will feel just a bit better. Trust me. When you look good, you do feel better.
Love a lip oil! adds moisture and just a touch of colour. I use all day everyday.
I use this instead of a foundation. I dont like too much on my face, this evens out the skin tone with the added benefit of spf!
a light hydrating oil that changes colour with your body. gives colour without having to wear lipstick!! (It even works on the cheeks)
This is a smooth recipe that stays on and doesn't irritate my eyes
Skin Care
Keeping your skin healthy during this journey should feel lovely. And all of these products will make you feel just that. like a spa at home when you are feeling awful. Be kind to yourself. you have this!
Perfectly gentle for that delicate skin. I use at night. I have not been cleansing in the morning. But this with the other products in this system will work wonders for your irritated skin.
Everyday moisturizer. Not just for the face you can use this all over the body. Which keeps things simple. I use morning and night.
I REFUSE TO RUN OUT OF THIS! For those days where my skin is awful…usually 2nd week after chemo…I slather this on at night as a “slug”. By morning it is so much better. My sister also now uses this for hormonal breakouts. It repairs the epidermes layer.
Chapped lips? Slap this on at night…or during the day. feels….so….good!!
Just get one. when your face is swollen and the lymphnodes are hurting…this is so relieving.
Keep that skin under the eyes hydrated too. Your eyes will feel dry and droopy. These will help. The cucumber sooths.
THIS STUFF IS MAGIC!!!! if you have sensitive skin but dont like the heaviness of the baume, this is your must have. I'm on my 3rd bottle! A little bit goes a long way!
Because i have had lymph nodes removed, my face becomes quite swollen and holds fluid. I use this with my serums to drain the fluid from my neck and face. Feels great, and reduces swelling.
