Romantic Bedding
Start with the bed because it is doing most of the visual work in the room. Florals, botanicals and traditional patterns give you the romance without needing a single piece of themed bedding.
If you want the Regency reference to be more literal, Spoonflower is where things get fun. This floral vine design can carry the theme while still reading like real bedding instead of fan merchandise.
This is the anchor piece for me. Garden roses and dogwood on a traditional weave give you that English-country-house feeling without turning the bed into a Bridgerton costume.
Elisabetta Duvet Cover, Full/Queen
The blue-and-cream botanicals are a quieter way to do the look. I would pair this with warm wood, brass and maybe one dusty-rose accent instead of adding five more competing patterns.
This one leans more romantic with its watercolor-style florals. It gives the room plenty of pattern all by itself, which means everything else gets to calm down a little.

Wallpaper, Curtains & Pattern
Pattern on the walls or windows can make the whole room feel intentional. Pick one strong floral or stripe, then repeat its colors elsewhere instead of matching every surface.
The name got my attention, but the design is why it stays. The floral stripe is actually inspired by Regency wallpapers, and the dusty pink, black and cream palette would be gorgeous behind a bed.
Pemberley Stripe Regency Floral Wallpaper
This Jane Austen and Regency-inspired green damask would be beautiful for custom curtains, a bench cushion or even a small upholstered accent. I like it most when the pattern shows up once and gets room to breathe.

Curtains are one of those details that can change the entire room without replacing furniture. This floral Victorian-style pair gives the windows some romance while still functioning like normal curtains.

A stripe is a nice reset when the room already has florals everywhere else. This one was designed around Regency and Jane Austen inspiration, so the connection is there without another bouquet on every surface.

Bedside Glow & Mirrors
Warm bedside lighting and an ornate mirror do more for this mood than piles of tiny themed accessories. Brass, gold, florals and softly reflected light are the shortcut.
A hydrangea lamp beside the bed? Yes. The handpainted floral metalwork gives you something special even when the lamp is off, which is exactly what I want from a decorative bedside piece.
Floral Tole Iron Table Lamp
This is the more traditional option: gold finish, fluting, floral detail and a bell shade. It looks like it belongs with an old wooden nightstand instead of fighting it.

The ornate scrollwork and floral details make this feel much more collected than a plain modern rectangle. I would use one good mirror like this and stop before the bedroom starts looking like Versailles.
Olivia & May Metal Floral Room Wall Mirror with Floral Embellishments Gold
This one is softer than an all-gold mirror. The ivory frame and little gold floral crown give you old-European romance without demanding to be the loudest thing in the room.

At the Foot of the Bed
A bedroom feels finished when the bed is not the only thing in it. A bench, bolster and a few tactile details make the room comfortable while keeping that collected English-house feeling.
A patterned bench at the foot of the bed gives us another place for florals without buying more pillows. I like the pale pattern and gold base especially with quieter bedding.
One bolster across the front of the bed looks much more intentional than a mountain of throw pillows nobody knows where to put at bedtime. The muted floral stripe works with this whole palette.
If the bedding is already floral, go solid with the extra pillow. A velvet bolster gives you the texture and romance without adding yet another pattern to negotiate with.
The small things are where the room starts feeling personal. A couple of beautiful books and useful vanity pieces make more sense to me than filling every surface with themed knickknacks.
This belongs on the nightstand or bench because it gives you the real houses behind the aesthetic. I would rather steal ideas from beautiful English interiors than buy another object with a bee stamped on it.
Secrets of an English Country House: Mapperton
Another book I would actually leave out as part of the room. It keeps the inspiration broader than Bridgerton and gives you real British homes to pull color, pattern and layering ideas from.

A little floral box on the dresser is useful and pretty, which is my favorite combination. Rings and earrings get a home, and the botanical pattern fits without screaming theme decor.
