Design & Social Media Tools
These are the tools that help me create, edit, schedule and figure out what is actually working instead of just posting and hoping for the best.
Canva is where a huge amount of my visual content gets made, from social graphics to freebies and course assets. It is one of those subscriptions I would notice immediately if it disappeared.
Canva - Design Soft
I use Metricool to schedule and manage social content without living inside every platform all day. The calendar view alone makes the content machine feel considerably less chaotic.
Metricool
Pinterest is a search engine, so I would rather research what people are searching than guess. PinClicks gives me Pinterest-specific keyword and ranking data to work from.
PinClicks
This gives me a big Canva template library plus current social trends and content ideas. It is especially useful when I need to keep content moving without designing every post from a blank page.
Your Template Club
CapCut is my video-editing workhorse for short-form content. It handles the practical editing jobs without turning every Reel into a production project.
CapCut AI Video Editor: Smart Online Video Editing with Advanced AI Tools
I use vidIQ for YouTube research and optimization, especially when I need help turning a useful video into something people can actually find.

Email, Websites & Courses
This is the stack behind the parts of the business I actually own: my email list, websites and teaching products.
Flodesk is where I run my email list, opt-in forms and automations. I wanted email software that did not make sending a nice-looking email feel like an IT certification exam.
Flodesk
Thinkific is the direction I am using for courses because I want the teaching experience to be simpler to manage. The software should support the course, not become the course.
Thinkific
KnownHost handles website hosting behind the scenes. Hosting is one of those things I prefer to be boring and dependable so I can spend my time on the actual business.
KnownHost
I use this for email templates, prompts and ideas when I want help getting from 'I should email my list' to an email that is actually ready to send.
Your Inbox Team
Running the Business
The less exciting side of creator work still has to happen. These are the tools I use to organize projects, communicate with my team and explain things without scheduling another meeting.
I use ChatGPT across the business for research, writing, planning and sorting through ideas when my brain has approximately 47 tabs open.
ChatGPT
Business email, Drive, Docs, Sheets and all the boring-but-essential things that quietly keep the business running. Not glamorous, very necessary.
Google Workspace
Trello is where I turn the giant pile of 'things we need to do' into actual assignments and repeatable workflows for my team.
Trello
Loom saves me from writing a novel every time I need to explain a process. I can show the screen, talk through what I mean and let my team replay it when they need it.
