items I thought I would make a list of products that have been the most effective against my adult acne. A lot of the time, acne treatments either don't work or do not make much of a difference, but these products have definitely helped me.
This is such an underrated spot treatment! It contains sulfur and calamine, which both work to fight the acne bacteria, as well as calming ingredients like centella to deal with redness. I would highly recommend this as an overnight spot treatment!!

I find benzoyl peroxide creams to be far too drying. Using it in cleanser form is not only just as effective, but it doesn't cause any dryness for me either!

I'm no longer using this since I've started using Differin, and using both seems to be too much for my skin, but this is a wonderful option if your skin is too sensitive for Differin or any retinoids.
