Some of my weekly staples that have helped me on my weight loss journey! Currently 60lbs down and still going! Prioritizing high protein, low sugar, and a calorie deficit.
A high protein favorite of mine with a whopping 30g. Perfect to drink by itself, with espresso or in other recipes! Caramel, vanilla and the cafe latte are my go to flavors.
Premier Protein 30g High Protein Shake, Caramel 11 fl. oz., 15 pk.
I'm not a fan of too many protein bars but I do enjoy these because they resemble more like chocolate bars and not that “protein taste”.
Pure Protein Bars Gluten Free, Chocolate Variety Pack 23 ct.
This has a great calorie to protein ratio of 90 to 15, still with great taste. Sams also carries one with 20g of protein but I think this variety pack taste better
Great on the go, low calorie snack. 80 cal with 6g of protein. I usually combine these with some turkey sticks and fruits and veggies to make a type of charcuterie plate.
Frigo Cheese Heads String Cheese 1 oz. pkg., 48 ct.
A good low cal snack. Usually pair with a string cheese and some fruits/ veggies
Old Wisconsin Turkey Snack Sticks 32 oz.
I absolutely live by this chicken. We go through one of these boxes every week, 280 calories with 44g of protein. Love adding to salad or just eating by itself

I love to call these my “healthy sodas”. A low cal drink for when you're tired of drinking water. Supports digestive health with fiber and prebiotics with low sugar
Olipop Variety Pack, A New Kind of Soda 12 fl. oz., 12 pk.
Another weekly staple in the household. High fiber and low cal tortillas with endless possibilities. I use for grilled chicken wraps, breakfast burritos, etc.
Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Tortilla Wraps, 8 in., 16 ct.
One of my favorite salad mixes!
Member's Mark Southwest Chopped Salad Kit, 12 oz.
This is a big one for me too because it helps me get my water intake in without too big of a sweet flavor adding. It's like lightly infused water. Doesn't make too much of a difference but helps if that makes sense! Still 0 calories with no sugar
Hint Flavored Water Variety Pack 16 fl. oz., 18 pk.
Another great low cal, high protein snack! 2 slices of these are 60 cal for 9g of protein. I love just eating these plain with some string cheese
Member's Mark Uncured Honey Ham, Sliced, 1 lb. 6 oz.
Love putting this in my hot coffee in the AM. Not only does it help your hair, nails, joints, ect but it also has 18g of protein per serving
