My Current Setup
These are the items I currently have for my portable desk setup. I use this for working in my living room and in my outdoor porch, when I don't want to be stuck in my office all day.
I have this on an overhead stand and it helps me have excellent sound quality for my calls without picking up any sounds from my desk
Logitech Yeti Multi-Pattern USB Microphone with Blue VO!CE
Well built and very sturdy desk. Everything has worked as expected and the keyboard tray is very helpful. It's the best setup for ergonomics when I'm working long hours.
UPLIFT Desk
My first lights for calls. They provide very even lighting and I like them better than the ring lights that show their reflection in glasses/eyes. I like being able to adjust the intensity and color temperature.

I use this when I want to work from a different place in my house, like my living room or outside.
BONTEC Mobile Standing Desk with Keyboard Tray
Great light for calls and brightening up my entire small office. The remote is great for making quick adjustments to the temperature and intensity. I turn mine around so it’s reflecting off the wall and not in my face.
Godox ES45 E-Sports LED Light Kit
Great for cable management, and better than Velcro because they don’t snag and pick up as much lint/debris.

Makes a world of difference in keeping things organized and looking more tidy.
Desk Wire Management
Works incredibly well for being so compact. Connects to my phone, PC, and dSLR. Accessories are useful and fit in the charging case, which makes it easy for packing.

These are great for holding headphones and/or any long cables. I use them all the time to keep the clutter off of my desktop.

Works great from the couch or bed. I usually have my wireless keyboard and mouse on it, and maybe an iPad in the extra space. The built-in mousepad and wrist rest are nice, and the phone slot comes in handy. I use this almost daily.

Upgrades
My wishlist of items to upgrade my portable/mobile home office setup
Mine aren't Bluetooth, so I would love the Bluetooth set as an upgrade. This would allow me to connect my other devices easily. These speakers are an amazing deal because they have great sound quality for being so affordable.
