The crust for the cheesecakes! I’ll take 20 or so and crush them in a zip bag using a mug or something hard. Sprinkle a small covering layer on the bottom of each mini muffin liner once they’re in the pan.

You’ll need 2 of these!! It’s easier to let them sit at room temperature and mix with a mixer with the other filling ingredients
