Hydration, glow, and protection are my main goals going into summer’26! Focusing on barrier repairing treatments and protecting against harmful uv rays

I’m a mom and as much as I try to wash my hair EVERY day(my scalp likes being extra clean) it’s just not possible. On day 2 hair I usually have to do some sort of “slick back” style. These are the products and tools I use to achieve this type of style. I specifically chose these hair care product so that they will nurture my hair until I can wash it that night. My hair always ends up so soft and shines when I’m done.

For my birthday I wanted to get/ trying some product that have been catching my eye! I have been loving skin flooding for months now and totally benefiting from the extra hydration my skin is receiving.

I gave my self the worst hair cut about a year ago and immediately started doing everything I could to help my hair grow longer FASTER. Obviously genetics play a huge role, but I changed a few things about my hair care routine that helped. I have oily roots and dry ends but my main goal was to not spend a fortune, so comparing high end vs drugstore ingredients to find dupes was a must. I also increased the frequency I was washing. Healthy & clean scalp will create a better environment for hair to grow. That means I also hardly EVER use dry shampoo. If my hair is dirty, it gets washed. I love to do a hair mask and oil treatment once a week/two weeks. I will let it “marinate” for 6+ hours before washing.

If you’re new to skin cycling, or have been doing it for a while and are trying to stick within a budget like me- this is a perfect place to start!! Hydration is going to be key to keep your skin happy & remember less is more in this case(pick 1 exfoliant per exfoliant night, one retinal per retinal night) ** I use px retinal** my current cycle Morning- always the same, splash face w water, milky toner, hyaluronic acid and/or serum, spf Night 1- hydration- milky toner, hyaluronic Acid and/or serum, lock in with moisturizer. Night 2- elf peel, pick ONE serum or chem toner, milky toner, hyaluronic acid, and/or serum, moisturizer. Night 3- retinal- allow time to absorb- milky toner, hyaluronic acid and/or serum, locking with moisturizer!! Be patient & kind to your skin! Add in an extra moisturizing night if needed
