Roni's Mac Bar - Lubbock
LOVE their gluten free options. There was one time I went, and the waitress told me her mom had celiac disease, I almost ordered a gluten free pizza, but the sauce wasn't gluten free. She was so sweet and it's now one of my favorite places to eat.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse
Also has many gluten free options! I'm not a coffee drinker, but love the coffee here.

Sprouts Farmers Market
Ate here for our engagement night and the chef was able to make anything on the menu gluten free for me. It was so Good and the perfect night! Our waitress was so informative and accommodating.
