It's super important to warm up before any kind of workout or stretch - here are the ones I use most!

Another great warm up that's only 5 minutes but actually leaves you feeling like you've done a longer warm up afterwards

I've recently started working on my back flexibility again and these are the routines I've enjoyed so far
Can't comment on if my back is more flexible yet as I haven't stretched my back in a while hahaha but I loved this routine and it didn't feel too intense or difficult either
