One of my personal favorites in Philly (I think a ton of other people would agree) BEST place to grab some lunch, there is something for everyone. Just a must see place and experience.
Reading Terminal Market
My personal- favorite place to eat in the Philadelphia area. To me, this is a hidden gem. Step back in time to the 1950’s in this themed restaurant. They have TONS of milkshake choices to choose from, good burgers, cheesesteaks and more!
Nifty Fifty's (Northeast Philadelphia)
Cheesesteak staple. You can’t visit Philadelphia and not try a Philly Cheesesteak! While the options are endless in this city (and I do recommend going to more than one place for a cheesesteak) this one is a favorite by lots of locals!
Dalessandro's Steaks
A tourist trap cheesesteak place- worth going if you’re not from this area and want to do touristy things.

Home of the Philadelphia Eagles! Catch a game during football season or a concert during the summer!

Best sports bar in Philly! This bar is a top notch location right in the same parking lot at the spots complex. Catch a watch party for any sport, or grab a beer before you head home after a game!

A great festival located in Franklin Swuare in the summer! Great atmosphere, food, vendors and of course Chinese Lanterns! Admission is reasonable and every year is a different theme!

This is my personal favorite park in philly! There is something to do for all ages, the atmosphere is pleasant, and it’s right along the river! Grab a drink at the bar, or some delicious ice cream, hang out in the hammocks, go for a walk and so much ...
Spruce Street Harbor Park
Interesting place and art museum, lots of mosaic art. PERFRCT place to take awesome pictures, there are amazing backdrops! It’s an affordable place ($15 for adults) and it’s a great place to take kids as well!
Philadelphia's Magic Gardens
Penns Landing is great at any time of the year! Catch a concert there or go roller skating in the summer (with music food and drinks!) or go in the winter and go ice skating! All good atmosphere and right along the scenic river!

Rocky Steps, even if you don’t go in the museum (which you should) the steps are an attraction in itself (and it’s free!)
Philadelphia Museum of Art Steps
Another classic Philly thing to go to, also a free activity! Take pictures with the iconic LOVE sign and walk around this beautiful part of Philadelphia!
JFK Plaza (Love Park)
Another classic, must see when you’re in Philadelphia! Free sight seeing for all ages. Close proximity to the Rocky Steps so you can see both of them!
Rocky Statue
A great museum, lots to see and admire. $25 admission for adults and free for children under 12! On Wednesdays they offer a pay what you wish!
Philadelphia Museum of Art
Classic attraction, staple of Philly.An iconic symbol of American Independence. Entrance is FREE and run through the National Park Service!
Liberty Bell
A gem found in Old City! This place is great all times of the year but beautiful in spring! The Liberty Bell is located within this park. It’s a great place to explore and walk around!
Independence National Historical Park
Philadelphia had so many awesome murals and beautiful art! You can book a tour through Magic Gardens that takes you around Philly to admire them and learn about them, the artists and the culture. The tour is approx 2 hours.
