These are some great places for fresh air, exercise, and fun!
I love this park! It is the daily stomping ground for our youth and it hosts many concerts and events, including Rock Fore Dough each year during Masters Week!
Evans Towne Center Park
This is a great place to walk, bike, kayak, and take pictures! It overlooks the Savannah River and historic Augusta Canal! I’ve captured some amazing sunrises and sunsets here!
Savannah Rapids Pavilion
If you love nature, you’ll love Phinizy!! Take your camera because there’s no telling what you’ll see!!
Phinizy Swamp Nature Park
One of my favorite places!! We spend SO much time out in the boat!!

If you are a foodie, these are musts!! My husband is an amazing cook, so I struggle to find restaurants that i actually like. These are top notch!
Hands down the BEST baked oysters, seasonal drinks, and decadent desserts ever!! Did I mention the filet??? Chef’s Kiss!!
Becks
The best Cajun food around!! My family always goes for the seafood pasta!! I also love the West Bank Duo with Beef Tenderloin and Lobster Tail. Save room for the Peanut Butter Pie because you’ll never have another slice that good!!
French Market Grille West
This one is right across the river in North Augusta, but it deserves a nod!! Wagyu…need I say more??? The boards and flights are all ahhhhhhhh-mazing!!!
Brinkley's Chop House
This one is cozy, upscale, and delicious! Perfect for date night!
Cadwalladers Café
Best cake in town!! I highly recommend the strawberry!!
