Dean's Beans has really great coffee. This single origin Ethiopian is a prime example. I love Ethiopian coffee since that's where it originated.

I like medium roasts because they have a nice balance of acid. Light roasts tend to have fruitier notes, but they are more acidic, which bothers me. Dark roasts tend to taste a little burnt to me. This Peet's medium roast is just right
