Weather permission, we always pop into Carson Park to exhaust ourselves at their playground.
Its epic hillside tunnel slide and zip line are our two favorite attractions. The play equipment is huge! I’m talking fun for adults, too!

Be sure to include this park on your visit to Eau Claire. There are always events scheduled.
There are beautiful sculptures and artwork to observe, as well.
Oh, and bring your suits! In the summer there’s a nice spot for swimming. Bring your tubes...
Phoenix Park
This park is perfect for littles on the go. There is water but not too much of it. A splash pad is nearby for more crazy fun. Or enjoy the small brook flowing down through the wooded area.

This grocery store is an experience. I love exploring foods from so many ethnicities and splurging on gourmet cheeses.
Their groceries are comparable to other big grocers so I have no problem dropping my grocery budget here!
Woodman's Food Market
When it comes to fast food, this is our family’s first pick.
Grab kids meals all the way around because they serve so much food. Or I like to just get a sandwich because they are so filling.

Rainy day? Stop by Metropolis for swimming, go-carting and all kinds of indoor fun.
The water park has made great day trips for us and the kids.
