Simple, elevated, and so so delicious, making them the perfect holiday dish 🤎🍂 MAPLE ROASTED CARROTS -5-6 large carrots -2 tbsp maple syrup -1 tbsp olive oil -3 cloves garlic, minced -1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced -salt -pepper 1. Wash, peel, and slice the ends off the the carrots. Slice them in half. 2. Mix together maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh thyme. 3. Add the carrots to a lined sheet pan. Drizzle the maple glaze on them. Using a brush or your hands, ensure all sides of the carrots are thoroughly coated. 4. Roast at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes, turning halfway. WHIPPED WHETA -6-8 oz feta cheese -2 tbsp olive oil -1 clove garlic -1 tbsp honey -salt -pepper 1. Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2.
