A MUST if you are driving through Salt Lake City. If you only have one day to explore (trust me, you could spend multiple days here) the Museum of Natural Curiosity would be my top pick.

Museum of Natural Curiosity
AMAZING experience. You get to lead alpacas by leash through the orchard. The farmer is so knowledgable and hilarious. Afterwards, take a tour of the fiber works mill and gift shop.

As an Arizona native, the Phx Zoo beats the Wildlife Zoo by a mile!
Phoenix Zoo
This one is on our bucket list! People rave about the experience.
Bearizona Wildlife Park
This was fun, yet terrifying. If you want some serious encounters with wild cats - this is it! My kids had a blast and didn't want to leave.
Out of Africa Wildlife Park
A classic, beautiful children's museum in the heart of Phoenix. As a native, I hate this location - will not go downtown without my husband, but it's definitely one of the top educational museums in AZ
Children’s Museum of Phoenix
This was the most exciting field trip every year (as someone who grew up in AZ), but I have yet to take my own kids. Adding it to the list of field trips this year!
