Okay, hear me out… these are the books I’d be adding to my Fall TBR 🍂📚 I wanted a mix of everything because sometimes you want a cozy romance and a pumpkin-spice drink, and other times you want a creepy house, a murder mystery, or something a little witchy. So I pulled together 18 fall reads with all the autumn vibes — cozy books, fall romance, dark academia, gothic stories, fantasy, mysteries, thrillers, and a few newer releases worth checking out. Basically, if you’re looking for something good to read on a rainy afternoon, a chilly night, or while pretending you’re the main character in your own little autumn movie… start here. Save this one for when you inevitably say, “I have nothing to read this fall.” 😉

For the girlies who love solving the mystery before the characters do. 🕵️ These are the mystery books, thrillers, and whodunits that have you questioning everyone, connecting tiny clues, changing your theory every five minutes, and saying “WAIT… I figured it out” way too early. If you love twisty books that keep you guessing until the very end, you need these on your TBR.

For when you tell yourself “just one more chapter” and suddenly it’s 3 AM. These are the books that are way too addictive to put down, with the kind of stories that make you lose track of time and regret having responsibilities the next morning. Read at your own risk.
