Great for a summer time glow that isn't overpowering. I use this on my collarbone if they are out and on my cheeks for a nice summer glow!

You have to work quick with this and once it's on, it's not moving so practice or use a stencil. It's the only liner I use for real!
E.l.f. Expert Liquid Liner
These look beautiful layered with a brown lipliner. They are on par with the NYX fat oils. These aren't sticky but they will smear. They are hydrating and great for every day wear.
