I've tried a lot of travel bags over the years, and this is the one I keep reaching for. It has thoughtfully designed pockets for everything—laptop, journal, paperback book, chargers, water bottle, snacks, eye mask, and all the little things that som...

What surprised me most is how comfortable it is.
Even when fully packed, it doesn't feel heavy on my back, which makes a huge difference during airport days, train rides, and long travel adventures.

Functional, durable, and stylish enough to carry every day—it's become my go-to travel backpack. 🎒✨

If I could recommend just one thing to pack for every trip, it might be a journal. Long after the souvenirs are gone and the photos are buried in your camera roll, your memories, thoughts, realizations, and little moments of magic live here.

My Moleskine travels everywhere with me—from airport lounges and café mornings to jungle hideaways and beach sunsets.

It's where I capture ideas, lessons, dreams, gratitude lists, and the stories I never want to forget.

One day, you'll look back and realize you weren't just documenting your travels—you were documenting who you were becoming. ✨📖🌴

I've been journaling for years and have filled notebooks with everything from gratitude practices and manifestation work to business ideas, travel reflections, and late-night downloads.

What I like about this journal is its simplicity. No prompts.
No complicated layouts.
Just clean pages and enough space to think. ✔️ Durable hardcover design
✔️ Smooth lined pages
✔️ Lightweight and easy to travel with ✔️ Great for daily journaling and self-reflection
✔️ Affordable enough to buy again and again

Sometimes the most powerful personal growth tool isn't an app, course, or fancy planner. It's a notebook and an honest conversation with yourself. ✍🏽💛

As someone who's sensitive to noise and easily overstimulated by busy environments, these have been a game changer.

Whether I'm navigating crowded airports, sitting on a long flight, attending a live event, or simply walking through high-traffic areas like Ubud Central, they help take the edge off without making me feel disconnected from the world around me.

What makes Loop different from traditional earplugs is that they reduce noise while still allowing you to hear conversations and stay present.

Everything feels softer, calmer, and more manageable without completely blocking out your surroundings.

The quality is excellent, they're comfortable to wear for long periods, and the carrying case makes them easy to keep in a purse, backpack, or travel bag.

One of those products I didn't realize I needed until I tried them—and now I rarely travel without them.

If you're packing a journal, do yourself a favor and pack a good pen too.

These Sakura Pigma Micron pens have traveled with me for years and are my go-to for journaling, doodling, sketching, illustrating, and capturing inspiration whenever it decides to show up.

The fine lines make even the messiest notes look beautiful, and the ink doesn't smudge or bleed the way many pens do.

Whether you're writing reflections in a café, sketching a temple doorway, or creating little memories between journal entries, these make the experience feel special.

Having a notebook and pen nearby means you're ready when the idea, insight, or moment finds you. ✨🖊️📖

After years of carrying reusable water bottles, this is the one I reach for most often.

The FreeSip lid lets you sip through the built-in straw or drink normally from the spout, which sounds like a small detail until you use it daily. It's leakproof, easy to clean, fits in most cup holders, and keeps my water cold for hours.

Whether I'm heading to the gym, the airport, a coworking space, or exploring a new city, this bottle comes with me more often than not. If you're looking for a practical everyday water bottle that actually gets used, this is my current favorite.

A travel-day essential I actually reach for.

Between Bali's heat, jungle humidity, long flights, wellness classes, and wandering around Ubud, having electrolyte packets in my bag felt like a tiny lifesaver.

Lemon Lime is hands-down my favorite flavor, but a little goes a long way.

I personally use half a packet in a 16 oz bottle of water, which gives me the perfect balance of hydration without feeling overly sweet or intense. Plus, it helps stretch the box much further.

Perfect for travel days, beach days, recovery days, and those moments when water alone just isn't cutting it.

I've had this stretching strap since 2019, and it's one of those simple tools that has quietly stayed in my wellness routine for years.

Whether I'm dealing with tight hips from sitting, sore muscles after travel, or just trying to improve flexibility, this makes stretching more effective and accessible.

The loops help you deepen stretches safely without forcing your body into uncomfortable positions.

If you practice yoga, travel frequently, sit at a desk, or simply want better mobility, this is an inexpensive tool that can make a surprisingly big difference.

This is one of those simple products that earns a permanent spot in my travel bag.

Long flight? Spray. Hot day? Spray. Skin feeling dry, tight, overheated, or irritated? Spray.
The La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water instantly refreshes and calms my skin without adding heaviness.

I especially love it after sun exposure, workouts, beach days, or anytime my face needs a quick reset.

Think of it as a little bottle of "ahhh" for your skin. 💦✨ I could easily use one bottle per week, oof.

I've tried a lot of facial mists over the years, and this is the one I keep coming back to.

It gives my skin an instant boost of hydration and glow without feeling greasy, heavy, or sticky.

What I love most is the spray itself—it delivers a true fine mist that disperses evenly across the face instead of leaving random droplets everywhere. It feels luxurious, refreshing, and makes reapplying throughout the day effortless.

I actually brought a bottle with me from the US while living in Bali and completely finished it. I was so relieved to discover it at Sociolla in Sanur's ICON Bali Mall that I immediately bought another.

That's usually my test for whether a product is worth recommending—if I'll go out of my way to replace it while traveling.

A little glow, hydration, and skincare in one simple spray. It's become a permanent staple in my routine. ✨

LOVE THIS PRODUCT, oof

This lived in my bag throughout Bali.

Yes, it's amazing on hot, humid days, but I found myself reaching for it daily—after yoga, after long walks, before journaling, after flights, or anytime I needed a little refresh.

A few sprays instantly make me feel more awake, hydrated, and put together. The rose scent is subtle, calming, and feels like a tiny self-care ritual no matter where you are.

Bonus: Once you've finished the bottle, don't toss it. The reusable spray bottle is perfect for making your own facial mist. I refill mine with distilled water and a few drops of rose essential oil for an easy, budget-friendly refresh on the go.

One of those simple products that somehow makes travel feel softer, slower, and a little more luxurious. 🌹✨

If I'm wearing sunscreen (which I hope you are), makeup, or simply navigating humid climates like Bali, an oil cleanser is non-negotiable.

This one effortlessly melts away sunscreen, sweat, makeup, and the day's adventures without leaving my skin feeling stripped, tight, or angry afterward.

As someone with sensitive skin, I love how gentle it feels while still doing the heavy lifting.

The Centella helps keep my skin calm and balanced, even when travel, weather changes, and long flights would normally have my skin protesting.

My favorite routine is using this as the first step of a double cleanse, followed by the gentle Cetaphil Gentle Facial Cleanser.

Together, they leave my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and supported without disrupting my skin barrier.

After beach days, jungle walks, airport marathons, and everything in between, this duo has earned a permanent place in my travel bag.

One of those simple rituals that makes coming home at the end of the day feel like an act of self-care.

One of those products I keep coming back to. It cleanses without leaving my skin feeling tight, stripped, or dry.

Gentle, fragrance-free, and packed with ceramides and hyaluronic acid to help support a healthy skin barrier.

A simple, reliable staple for normal to dry skin. 💚✨

(And apparently 130K+ people on Amazon agree.) 😄

If you have sensitive skin and want a cleanser that simply works, this has been a staple in my routine for years.

Gentle, reliable, fragrance-free, and one of the few cleansers I consistently return to no matter where I'm traveling.

Pro tip: Most people don't use it correctly. Start with a dime-sized amount on slightly wet hands and vigorously rub it between your palms until it turns creamy and white. Then massage it onto a damp face. This helps the cleanser spread more evenly a...

For the best cleanse, especially in tropical climates with humidity, sunscreen, sweat, pollution, and daily grime, always start with the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Cleansing Oil first, followed by this cleanser as your second cleanse.

The combination leaves your skin feeling genuinely clean without stripping your skin barrier.

Simple. Effective. No drama. Just happy skin. ✨🌿

These Biodance masks have earned a permanent spot in my travel bag.

Whether it's after a long flight, too much sun, a change in climate, or simply a self-care night, my skin always seems to love them.  T

hey're deeply hydrating, soothing, and leave my skin looking refreshed, calm, and noticeably more radiant by morning.

One of my favorite little travel luxuries that makes a big difference.

If Bali sun, travel stress, over-exfoliation, dry airplane air, or a random skin freakout has your skin acting up, this is the tube you want in your bag.

Cicaplast B5 is my go-to rescue cream whenever my skin feels irritated, compromised, sensitive, or just needs a little extra love.

It's soothing, nourishing, and somehow always manages to bring my skin back to life.

One of those products I never travel without—and always end up being grateful I packed.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, alum stone (called Sphatika in Sanskrit) has been used traditionally for cleansing, purification, and balancing excess moisture.

While Ayurveda didn't historically use it as a modern deodorant spray, the mineral itself has a long history of use.

🌿  Traditional Ayurvedic Benefits of Sphatika (Alum)

1. Helps reduce excess sweating Considered drying and astringent (kashaya rasa). Traditionally used to help manage excessive moisture and dampness.

2. Supports odor control naturally Ayurveda associates strong body odor with excess heat (Pitta) and toxin accumulation (Ama).  Sphatika was traditionally used as a cleansing mineral to help reduce unwanted odors.

3. Cooling effect: Can feel cooling and soothing on the skin. Particularly appreciated by individuals with excess Pitta (heat).

 4. Astringent properties: Helps temporarily tighten skin and pores. Traditionally used in after-shave applications and skin preparations.

5. Supports skin cleanliness: Used historically in cleansing rituals due to its mineral and purifying properties.

6. Simple ingredient philosophy:

One mineral instead of a long ingredient list.

✨ What I personally love about crystal deodorants:
No overpowering fragrance.
Doesn't clash with essential oils or perfume.

Lets the body perspire naturally Feels lighter than conventional antiperspirants.  Great for hot, humid climates like Bali :)

If you're constantly barefoot, living in sandals, traveling somewhere tropical, or simply neglecting your feet (guilty 🙋🏽‍♀️), this little tube is surprisingly effective.

I use it before bed whenever my heels start feeling dry, rough, or cracked, and it helps bring them back to life much faster than a regular moisturizer.

A little goes a long way, and it's one of those products I always appreciate having on hand after long travel days and endless walking.

Not the most glamorous item in my travel bag—but definitely one of the most useful. 👣
