I love this spray. I struggle with insomnia, and during my menstrual cycle, I have that and restless legs as well. This spray is the truth. I spray it on my feet as instructed, and I'm asleep within 10-15 mins.
Magnesium Oil Spray 8 oz
This is the cream version of what I use, and it includes the aromatherapeutic touch of lavender, adding to your sense of calm. Fun fact: I love lavender and use it on my skin every day.
Magnum Solace Nighttime Magnesium Cream, Soothing Relief & Relaxation, Lavender, 5 oz
Consumables
Beneficial for stress and tasty, they offer a sugar free version too. They relax me a lot and have solved issues of interrupted sleep, allowing me to get more snooze hours in.
Goli® Ashwagandha Gummies
Add cloves to warm water and let them steep, drink, helps knock you out due to their Eugenol content. **I am not a doctor, and advise that you talk with one before taking herbal treatments** (I love the brand Full Leaf Tea. Co for many of my herbs)
Organic Cloves

I came across drowsiness while diffusing vetiver when I least expected it; I just genuinely love the smell. Turns out it has a few mental benefits like anxiety and stress relief that help aid in better rest.
Vetiver Essential Oil
My fav ☺️ I use this in my body oil but when I want to go to sleep, I also rub some with coconut oil (diffuser oil) under my nose or on my wrist. It's also good to put in a spray bottle with water and spray on the pillow hours before sleeping.
