Because apparently perimenopause came with hot flashes, random sweating AND new smells nobody invited to the party. This is my personal collection of deodorants, body washes, wipes, powders, sprays and other little lifesavers that help me stay fresh when my hormones decide to act a complete fool. Because I may be having a hot flash... but I refuse to be funky while having it. 💅🏾🌸

Thanksgiving is one of those times of year that I absolutely love the good food, the cozy house, family gathered together, laughing, making memories, and of course going back for that second plate like we said we weren't going to do. I created this collection with all the little things I love and add to my own environment that make Thanksgiving feel extra special. These are the things I love to have around me while celebrating the season of being thankful for everything.

Being over 40 has taught me that taking care of myself isn't just about looking good it's about feeling good, staying strong, having energy, and giving my body what it needs as it changes. ❤️ I created this collection because these are the types of health and wellness essentials I've personally become more interested in and intentional about as I've gotten older. From vitamins and supplements to hydration, sleep, movement, gut health, and everyday self-care, I'm learning that the little things we do consistently can make such a difference in how we feel. And trust me, after 40, our bodies will definitely let us know when something isn't working! What worked in our 20s and 30s may not hit quite the same anymore. This collection is all about the things that can help us pour back into ourselves supporting our bones and muscles, getting better rest, taking care of our digestion, staying active, and simply making our health more of a priority. I'm not trying to turn back the clock. I'm trying to feel GOOD while moving forward. 💕 These are some of my favorite finds, things I've tried, and wellness essentials I believe are worth checking out for this chapter of life. Every woman's body is different, so always do what works best for you and speak with your healthcare provider before adding new supplements to your routine. Here's to being 40+, healthy, happy, strong, and taking care of US for a change! ❤️✨

Spooky season is my FAVORITE time of year, so of course I had to make a list of all the things I love! 🧡🍂 This is basically my little Halloween happy place filled with everything that gives me those cozy, creepy, cute fall vibes. Think spooky home decor, Halloween finds, cozy blankets, candles that make the whole house smell like fall, cute mugs, pajamas, movies, books, beauty finds, kitchen goodies, accessories, and all the random little things that make spooky season feel extra special. 🕯️🦇🍁 Some things are creepy, some are cute, some are cozy, and some I probably don't need but spooky season told me to buy it, so here we are. 😂 If you're the type of person who starts getting excited about pumpkins while everybody else is still thinking about summer, this list is for you! 🎃 I'll keep adding my favorite finds as I discover them, so save this list and come back whenever you need a little spooky-season inspiration. 🖤 Basically, if it's giving pumpkins, ghosts, witches, fall nights, cozy vibes, or a little bit of spooky... I WANT IT. 👻✨

From personal experience these are some products I have used over the years personally that aid me with keeping my stomach as flat as possible even during perimenopause. I wouldn't suggest them if I hadn't tried them myself. And I Highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As our bodies begin to change during the perimenopause journey, many of us find ourselves searching for anything that might help us feel a little more like ourselves again. And believe me, it can be a journey! There can be a lot of trial and error while figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and most importantly, what works best for your body. I didn’t want to recommend products just because they were popular or because someone else said they worked. These are products that I have personally used and that have helped support me through different parts of my own perimenopause journey. I’m still going through this journey myself, so I understand firsthand how frustrating, confusing, and sometimes overwhelming all of these changes can feel. That’s why I wanted to share the things that have actually been helpful for me. Every woman’s body and experience with perimenopause is different, so what works for me may not work exactly the same for you. But as a woman who has been there and is still going through it these are products I feel comfortable recommending based on my own personal experience. My hope is that sharing what has helped me can make your journey a little easier and save you some of the trial and error I went through along the way. ❤️

These are items and products that I use to keep my booty bootying and keep my rump right whether working out or not. Some are my secret sauce and I rarely share BUT just for you I will. I definitely have had to fight the BBL allegations for yearsssss.

I’m hoping for the best, but I’m also preparing for the “just in case.” With groceries getting expensive, bills going up, unexpected emergencies happening, and the economy doing whatever it feels like doing, I’ve learned that having a few essentials put away can give me some peace of mind. This is my personal collection of emergency preparedness and bad-economy must-haves things I believe are useful to have around when money gets tight or life throws us a curveball. I’m talking food-storage essentials, emergency supplies, backup power, household necessities, first-aid basics, money-saving items, and practical products that can help me stretch what I already have. I just want to know that if the lights go out, prices jump again, bad weather hits, or an unexpected expense shows up, I’m Ready and I want you to be ready too.

I have been on my healing and self improvement journey for quite a few years. I didnt know where to start in the beginning but the more I sought after wisdom and self understanding the more it found me. These are some books that helped change my mindset and my life.

I absolutely love food ❤️, but for me, it’s about so much more than just eating. I love creating memories, traveling to new places, trying new foods, discovering hidden gems, enjoying a good drink, and simply experiencing everything life has to offer. Whether it’s an amazing meal at a new restaurant, a local spot I stumbled across while traveling, a delicious cocktail, or a food experience that I just have to tell somebody about, I’m here for it! Life is meant to be lived, tasted, explored, and enjoyed. So come along with me as I travel, eat, sip, laugh, and make some unforgettable memories along the way. Because around here, we believe in one thing: Eat. Drink. Be Merry. ❤️🍽️🥂✈️ Life is too short not to enjoy the good stuff!
