Here is a list of items I currently have, or hope to have in the future in order to build a home gym! Being able to roll out of bed and get to a space within your home to workout is SO helpful, especially with little ones running around!

If I'm not on my walking pad, I'm getting movement in on my stepper! This is the one that I have and I love it. A quick 20 minutes gets a good burn in the legs and gets in a bit of cardio. Plop it in front of the TV and get your heartbeat up!

An incline walking pad is a MUST if you can't do a treadmill. I use mine at least 5x a week. Goes up to 4.0 mph with a 9% incline. Built for the curvy girls, too!
