Gruffalo is a must, I'd say. We loved this version with little flaps (they got torn quickly) but managed to distract her.

Great way to practice coloring without any mess! Sometime I give her the pen that comes with, sometimes just water and a paintbrush. She doesn't get dirty and it dries quickly.
