I arrived at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel on January 1, 2026, and checked in around 10:45 AM. From the start, the hospitality stood out. Amal, the front desk receptionist, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away in the lobby. One small but fun detail I loved was the free gold bubble gum ball from the candy machine — which felt extra special since I had plans to visit Seattle’s famous Gum Wall. I also noticed the hotel offers Red Bicycle rentals, something I plan to take advantage of on my next visit. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered enjoyable views both in the morning and at night. My stay was peaceful and relaxing. Another receptionist, Dee, was always cheerful whenever I came in and out of the hotel, adding to the positive atmosphere. I’d also like to recognize Andrew from valet, who kindly shared a list of local recommendations that enhanced my trip. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive whenever I used the door hanger. Toward the end of my stay, there was a minor issue with water leaking from the shower ceiling, but the staff responded promptly and offered a solution, which I appreciated. One of the hotel’s biggest highlights is its prime downtown Seattle location. It’s within walking distance to great food spots, Pike Place Market, and many popular attractions. I also enjoyed stopping by the hotel bar, where it was relaxing to watch the rain fall and people walk by outside — a classic Seattle moment. Overall, the Kimpton Palladian Hotel offers excellent service, a comfortable and stylish stay, and a fantastic location. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.
