All the lippies at Sephora and ulta are pretty pricey. These are my recommendations for lippies you can find at a drugstore that are on the reactively more affordable side.
This is one of the best lip balms for hydration. Aquaphor lip balm has a thick and moisturizing formula. I always put this one whenever my lips are dry and cracked. This is great for you if your lips are always dry and need a moisturizing lip balms.
