I run at least weekly and it helps so much, with aerobic fitness, health, strength, endurance and even mental health. It's so easy to start - you don't need anything other than a pair of trainers and the right mindset

This is a little bit of a different activity but it's fun and I really want to get into it. You can build strength and grip doing it, which I need to do desperately

Hiking is great exercise and also so good for your mental health because of all the greenery. It's refreshing and freeing. The only issue is sometimes the weather isn't great

Walking has so many benefits and you can do it anywhere. I love to listen to music or podcasts on my walks, but sometimes it's nice to just soak in the silence

This is meant to be so good for weight loss and stamina building. All you need is a skipping rope, so it's pretty inexpensive. I want to try and do it everyday and see if it makes a difference in my life

Just dance is super fun but still good exercise since it's cardio. You can do it with friends or on your own

Pilates makes me feel so good - it lets me build strength without having to sweat too much (if I don't feel like it that day). There are so many videos on YouTube, but 'Move With Nicole' is my favourite because she explains the movements so well

She has loads of different workouts on YouTube, which are ideal to do at home. She also has recipes and things

These are relaxing to do but also strengthening and I think some people have seen results from doing them regularly. There are loads of them on YouTube

These are relatively relaxing and leave you feeling great after, but still require a bit of work. She has some 30 day plans I think but I usually just do one of her videos when I feel like it. Someone of them have voiceovers, which are really useful
