M9 is the holy grail of odor eliminator sprays. It is used in hospitals all over the US and also heavily used by ostomates. I have a bottle of this in my bag.

This is my preferred body wash. It is moisturizing and contains benzalkonium chloride in it to reduce bacteria on the skin (particularly E.coli). It is the same ingredient found in wipes before you give a clean catch urine sample.

D-mannose helps prevent urinary tract infections by preventing the bacteria from sticking to the bladder surface. When you are fecally incontinent, it can be really impossible to keep stool away. This can help you prevent infection.
