1 Pound Ground Turkey (Or Chicken, if you prefer)
Butterball 93% Lean Ground Turkey, 1 lb
4 TBLSP chili powder (I prefer spicy, but mild is fine if you prefer less heat). You could also use a little less at first and add as you go.

2 cans (or 15 oz) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
