Air Care 🌬️
This is the second humidifier I bought and I definitely prefer it over the first. It’s a humidifier + diffuser, so I can add vapor drops when his nose is really stuffy. It’s also way easier to clean and doesn’t go through water as fast. I love that y...
Frida Baby : Humidifiers
This was the first humidifier I had and it does work well! I just personally prefer the Frida one because it’s easier to clean and has more settings.
Vicks Humidifier
I add these to the humidifier when his congestion is worse and it really helps open things up a bit.
Frida Baby Breathefrida Vapor Bath Drops for Sick Day Comfort - 0.32 fl oz
This is what I use in our humidifier to keep it clean and running properly—definitely recommend using distilled instead of tap!
Parent's Choice Distilled Water, 1 Gallon
We’re an allergy-prone household, so having an air purifier has helped a lot. Ours stays in the living room and works well for our whole house (about 1500 sq ft). If I could, I’d definitely add a smaller one for bedrooms too!
Air Purifiers with HEPA Filtration - Shark® Clean
Nose Relief 👃
I was sooo hesitant to buy this because it’s honestly kind of gross 😭 but it works SO well. We’ve only used the manual one and never felt the need to switch to electric.
Frida Baby NoseFrida Nasal Aspirator
Not glamorous at all 😭 but this is SO helpful for the stubborn stuff that the nose sucker won’t get, especially when it’s more dry or stuck.
Frida Baby 3-in-1 Picker
We used this one before and didn’t have any issues with it at all—it works well! We just switched to Little Remedies because it’s easier for me to find locally.
Nose Frida Baby Saline Spray & Mist
This is the one we use most now. I’ve found it loosens everything up really well, which makes using the nose sucker a lot easier. It’s also been easier for me to find in stores when I need to restock.
Little Remedies Saline Spray

A must. So much gentler than regular tissues, especially when their nose is running a lot.
I use this on his chest and feet (with socks) when he’s really congested. It helps him stay more comfortable, especially at night.
Vicks BabyRub, Non-Medicated Baby Chest Rub Ointment with Soothing ...
Extras 🍯
We use local honey since my son is over 1. It’s something we’ve used more long-term for allergen exposure and I do feel like it helps. Definitely not safe for babies under 1!
Local Honey Finder
One of those things you don’t think about until you need it—definitely something I always keep on hand.
