Birth Prep Game Changers 🤰
The things I started using before labor that actually made a difference — from easing back pain to getting baby in position and feeling more prepared for delivery.
Don’t wait until labor to pull it out. I started bouncing, swaying, and rolling every night in late pregnancy and it helped so much with back pain and keeping baby in a good position.
Birthing Ball
Start sipping at 34–36 weeks. It’s not magic, but it can help tone your uterus and make contractions more efficient. Plus, it’s cozy.

Hospital Stay Hacks 🏥
Small but mighty items that made my hospital stay 10x more comfortable, plus a few things no one told me to pack (but I’m so glad I did).
I used this brand, just not this exact style pictured — mine was short sleeve with a pull-aside front for nursing. The second I took my first hospital shower, I put it on and never went back to the scratchy gown. So soft, loose, and perfect for nursi...
The outlets are never close to your bed. Don’t rely on the hospital one-foot charger, you’ll regret it.

Hospital air = desert lips. Keep one by your bed and in your bag.
Natural Lip Balm for Moisturized, Smooth Lips
Listen… hospital floors are not it. I wanted something warm, comfy, and easy to slip on, and these were perfect. I wore them walking the halls and even at home after — totally worth the splurge.
Women's Slippers: Indoor House Slipper & Clog Styles
The perfect mix of comfy and cute. I threw this on when walking the halls or when visitors came, and it instantly made me feel more put-together. Lightweight enough for the hospital but still cozy.
Women's Robes - Satin & Fluffy
After my epidural, I could not get warm no matter what. Having my own soft blanket was a lifesaver — way better than the thin hospital ones and made me feel more at home.
Member's Mark Blankets & Throws
Our hospital didn’t have extras (and the ones they do have are… flat 😅). Bring one from home with a pillowcase you don’t mind getting messy so you’re actually comfortable.
Pillow Sets
I was in the hospital for days, and this was such a fun way for us to pass the time between checks and naps. It kept us entertained, distracted, and laughing when everything else felt slow.
Shop UNO
The hospital will hand you what feels like a full legal case worth of papers. Keep them organized — future you will thank you.

Postpartum Life-Savers 👩🍼
Products that made my recovery smoother, easier, and way less stressful — these are the ones I reached for every single day.
Way better than the hospital squirt bottle — the angled nozzle makes all the difference.
Upside Down Peri Bottle – Frida | The fuss stops here.
Everyone told me to get Depends, but nope — these were my absolute favorite. They’re soft, stretchy, and actually feel comfy instead of bulky.
Boyshort Disposable Postpartum Underwear (8 Pack)
I didn’t reach for these every day, but when I felt that burning sensation down there (you know the one 🥴), they were instant cooling relief. I just lined a couple in my pad and it made all the difference until the sting passed.
Witch Hazel Perineal Cooling Pad Liners - Postpartum Recovery Care
These were the only pads that didn’t make me feel like I was wearing a diaper. Super soft, super absorbent, and stayed in place — exactly what you want when you’re already uncomfortable.
Postpartum Catch-All Pads – Frida | The fuss stops here.
Perfect for postpartum — the button-up top made nursing so easy, and they were comfy enough to sleep in but cute enough that I didn’t mind wearing them when people came over.
Auden : Pajama Sets for Women
Whether you’re breastfeeding or not, you’ll be THIRSTY. A straw makes it easier when you’ve got your hands full.
Insulated, Stainless Steel Tumblers
Postpartum hunger hits hard, and sometimes you don’t have time to make a full meal. I kept these by my bed so I could get a quick, filling snack while feeding the baby.
Barebells Protein Bar
Those first few days are a blur, and mom brain is real. I used this to jot down little memories, feeding times, visitor names, and any questions I wanted to ask the nurses. Looking back, I’m so glad I wrote things down.

Mind and Heart Prep ❤️
Real talk advice that got me through the emotional side of birth and postpartum — because healing isn’t just physical.
Even if you think you’ve got it handled, say yes when someone offers to bring food, clean, or hold the baby so you can shower or nap. You don’t get bonus points for doing it all alone.
