This is such a fun place. The music, the classes , the instructors. It’s a cool take on Pilates. Definitely not your typical Pilates class. Worth checking them out!

Do yourself a favor and step outside and touch grass. Your mind and body will thank you for it. Check out a few of my RI favorites.
Lincoln woods is not of my local favorites. So many people come for walking and running and it’s got some great hiking trails.
Lincoln Woods Trail, Rhode Island
Favorite place to go for a run. You can’t beat these views. You can run an entire half marathon in this park. Great to practice for one of yours. Fun fact: they host a half marathon here about twice a year
Colt State Park
I even like the drive to this place. They have great and easy to follow trails. Bring some snacks and food to make this a great day enjoying the outdoors.
Purgatory Chasm State Reservation
Great place for running or biking. Easy to get to and well paved. Tons of people on this path often. Great for running or biking alone or with others.
Ten Mile River Greenway
A great local spot. Honestly you don’t even know how close you are to the city walking in here. Has some great looping trails.
Neutaconkanut Hill Conservancy
Another local gem in Rhode Island! Your choice of long and short loops
Powder Mill Ledges Wildlife Refuge
The trails are well maintained and mostly all flat. Great place to escape from the chaos of the city.
Blackstone Park Conservation District
Great option to get outside if you don’t like the woods. Great city view and you can always go for a nice boozy brunch after ☺️
