Step 1: Sound
Set the scene for a great night’s rest
Sound: My bedtime routine is a little excessive at 90 mins but you can customize it as needed. It starts with a sound cue from my Hatch, then slowly progresses as the night goes on. I never thought I needed the sunset to fall asleep until I started u...
Restore 3 - Smart Sound Machine Alarm Clock
Sound: to avoid doom scrolling before bed, I place my phone in the lockbox on do not disturb to get the process going
Phone Lock Box
Step 2: Smell
Smell: My scent for the moment is Santal. But op for anything calming. I start my scent routine roughly 2-3 hrs before I need to go to bed
Diffuser
This scent smells like a luxury hotel to me. The freshness sets the tone for my nighttime routine. It just gives happy vibes.
Santal
Smell: This lotion has a little shimmer, which I love! So not only do you get a lavender relaxation, you get glowy skin.
Sleepy | Calming Body Comfort Lotion For Better Sleep
Smell: To layer the scent, this soap is a great base for the lotion. It leaves your skin smooth and clean. I also like that is comes in bar form

Step 3: Touch
Touch: I wear a sleep cap, but I still keep a satin pillowcase for backup. It gives a nice feel on my skin. I even have one for travel.
Satin Pillowcase in Ivory
Touch: Crisp sheets are a great start to a good in-home turn down service. I like cotton, but you go with what you enjoy.
Cotton Bed Sheets & Pillowcases
Touch: Restlessness has little to no chance against the weighted blanket. It feels like a snuggle to me. I like Gravity because I can wash cover and it’s easy to put back on with the zip around.
Gravity Weighted Blanket
I love lounging so these PJs in different forms are my go-to depending on my mood
Silk Pajamas Sets | Elevated Silk Sleepwear
Step 4: Sight
Sight: To dim the scene I turn off the overhead lights and use my rechargeable touch lamps to maneuver throughout the area. Combined with the light from the Hatch it’s a total mood changer
Rechargeable Lamps
Sight: If I absolutely must use my phone before bed (I only lock it for about an hr). I make sure to wear my blue light blockers to help with eye strain. I have noticed the difference in my ability to fall asleep when wearing them before bed.
Blue Light Glasses
Step 5: Taste
Taste: This stuff is delicious, I like all the flavors really. I was trying to think of my favorite. But I get the deepest sleep ever and wake up feeling refreshed. Please make sure you have at LEAST 6 hrs before you need to wake up. Con- online only
Calm + Sleep
Taste: I drink this straight, no sugar added. It has a wonderful flavor to me and I get a deep sleep. This is also easier to find in store.

Products in heavy rotation during the nighttime routine
When my Clarisonic died, my heart sank until I got the theraface pro! My skin looks and feels so clean after using the rubber brush. I haven’t mastered the massage heads yet (I don’t have a smooth process over my forehead) but the electro one with th...
TheraFace PRO (White) | Clinically-Proven All-in-One Skincare Device
I use the hot setting to melt product into my skin for deeper penetration and the cold ring is great for morning depuffing.
TheraFace PRO Hot & Cold Rings (White)
This is the gel used with the electro attachment on the theraface. You can use other products but this works well. Just be sure to not have a dry face!
