I included vitamin C as part of general immune and wellness support. Not something I expected dramatic skin changes from, but part of keeping things balanced. Kept it simple and consistent.

✨ Skin, Immune & Barrier Support
These are more overall wellness.

I explored turmeric for its association with general inflammation support. I only used it during calmer phases and didn’t rely on it alone.
🌿 Solgar Turmeric Root Extract

I tried sea moss after hearing about its mineral content in the wellness space. I focused on quality sourcing and didn’t treat it as a miracle solution. Just one part of exploring supportive options during recovery.
