These are your “general health” baseline supplements.

If you live in a climate that has no sun then this is a MUST! Specially during lower sunlight periods. I didn’t treat it as a solution on its own, ust part of supporting overall health. Always something to check with your GP.

Zinc is often associated with skin health, so I explored this during recovery. I introduced it gradually and didn’t rely on it alone. Something I viewed as supportive rather than transformative.

I included magnesium mainly for sleep and stress support. Stress management mattered for my skin overall, so this felt like part of a bigger wellbeing picture. I focused on gentle forms rather than anything harsh on digestion.
