A Sunday night everything shower is the perfect reset after a long weekend. There is no better way, in my opinion, to get your mind right for the upcoming week. When you feel good, you look good, and you do great.

I've always been an aromaphile but I didn't fully buy into the power of fragrance until Covid. Spritzing on a new scent each day gave me something to look forward to and made me feel put together, even in my rattiest sweatpants. While my perfume tastes may lean expensive a little of these goes a long way, which helps the bottles last.

I am a big believer in curating a comfortable, pleasant space for yourself in whatever way possible. If you're looking for something very low effort with big payoff I'd recommend lighting a candle.Here are some of my favorites.

A deep shame of mine as a skincare enthusiast and VVP (Very Vain Person) is my long standing beef with sunscreen. I hate the greasy residue, the smell, the way sand and dirt stick to a freshly ‘screened body. My hatred is no match for my fear of disappointing my dermatologist however, so believe me when I say if I, the biggest hater, am willing to recommend these sunscreens it’s because I find them exceptional.

Anyone who knows me knows I am always game to try new skincare products but sometimes the grass isn't greener. These are the tried and true products that have stood the test of time for me. All have been repurchased a minimum of 3x.

I always loved jewelry. Some kids looked forward to a Toys R Us or FAO Schwartz trip during the holidays. I looked forward to my annual diamond district shopping trip with my dad. I think bracelets are an easy way to add a bit of glamour to an outfit. Since I am on a jewelry spending moratorium I am begging someone else to buy these pieces I love from Etsy so I can live through them.
