If you are cocktail aaficionado or beverage curious, canon delivers world class drinks. Not to mention their menu is extensive (and if you are feeling really bougie, check out the “rarity” cocktails - they start in the hundreds of dollars.

This place is sultry, velvety and rich. Right below the Amazon Spheres, this spot is about unique cocktails with a high end touch. Honestly, it is all about the drinks and the vibes here.
Deep Dive
This speakeasy is giving elegant granny's house vibes with a twist. It is not easy to find but that make it a little more fun when you so. Have a Last Word here - it's just what the doctor ordered.
The Pharmacy
You know about this place if you follow the World's Best Rankings. It's No. 72 on North America’s best 100 bars and a James Beard semi-finalist. Now that’s worth checking out in Seattle.

This place is one of the best kept secret. Hidden behind a bookcase, this is a speakeasy-like bar in downtown Seattle with a secluded and serene social club feel.
Founders Club
I found this place by accident because it is tiny and non-descript. It is a casual vibe with a lot of charm. Perfect for a pre-dinner or post-dining spot.
Hazlewood
I love Bar Miriam - it's a Queen Anne Neighborhood gem serving cocktails and food in an intimate, vintage-style setting.

The Nest
This is charming petite cocktail bar in Edmonds (north of Seattle) that has been serving vintage cocktails, cold beer, and a variety of local and European wines since 2007.
Daphnes Bar
It is literally hard to find but keep looking. This is a classic small Prohibition-era cocktail secret bar located in the old boiler room of The Humphrey Building. Feel like you are stepping back into time.
