I personally love cutting my cuticle, makes it have a cleaner look but cuticle cutting is NOT necessary whatsover, just a personal opinion. Remember these are sharp and you could hurt yourself, so be careful!

Again like the cutters, you can hurt yourself with drillers, so if you just beginning nail files will do a good enough job but if you want a longer lasting nail base I suggest a driller. But be careful.
