Lol I decided to bring back my series “Viral But Vegan” and veganize the viral Japanese cheesecake trend with Greek yogurt and Biscoff cookies and while it was DELICIOUS, and it did have a cheesecake like texture, I didn’t find the original tasted very much like cheesecake at all? I decided to try it again with a Jell-O cheesecake, flavoured pudding mix and it added a lot of extra texture and flavour that made it a lot more cheesecake-ish!! Either way I love this dessert because it was so easy and it was delicious both ways. I personally preferred it with jell-O cheesecake mix in there! I used an entire container of the @silk_canada plain high-protein Greek yogurt, Biscoff cookies, one pack of @jello cheesecake pudding, and I drizzled crunchy Biscoff on top, and some flaky sea salt #vegan #veganfood #plantbased #vegandesserts #dessert"
