You must try the pasta with the beef. They will finish it table side in a big wheel of cheese. The fish is incredible too.
Palazzo Almare - Chania Restaurant
We have also stayed at the hotel that is connected to the restaurant called the Tanneries. We love it here because the staff is so nice and the views from the rooms are incredible. The designer of this hotel thought of everything. The food here is so...
Periplous Restaurant
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The view is incredible, they have great drinks and they have sushi.
PALLAS
They have the best gyros in town and there is usually a big line. It is diagonally across from our favorite Kross coffee shop too!
Delish Food Streat Story
This coffee shop has great coffee and snacks and it definitely where the locals all go. It is great to just sit outside and have your coffee. Greeks take their coffee very seriously so if you love coffee, you will love this place.
Kross Coffee Roasters - Specialty Coffee Shop and Roasters
Places to Stay
This place is my favorite place to stay. You must be sure to stay in every night until the sun sets and then go out to dinner. The views from any of the three pools are incredible and Kalathas Beach is just across the street.
Casablanca Villa
If there are only a few of you, I recommend staying here at the Tanneries. Breakfast is included and it is SO delicious. They have a full European buffet style food and drinks out plus you can order from the menu. You can walk into Old Town from this...

The Best Cooking Class-Learn How to Cook
Definitely do the wine tour and tasting. The family is very interesting and it was fun to see the whole process and try all of the wines. I am not a big red wine drinker but I loved their Grenache. I cannot wait to go back and get more. They also do ...
Manousakis Winery
You MUST read all of the KNOW BEFORE YOU GO for this one. It is a treacherous drive and then hike into the beach but worth it if you are active and NOT wearing flip flops. You can take a boat to this beach which I would recommend instead if you do no...
