A key step for growing my hair has been to stop breakage and allow my hair to do its thang.. grow! I have naturally curly hair (3c) which tends to require more hydration so products that don’t dry me out are key!

Skincare products that's has my skin glowing and thriving in my late 30s. I try to stay away from anything that will dry out my skin and lean towards a more dewy look at this stage in my life. My skin is normal to dry to my recs lean more to that type of skin.

My tried and true that gets me chased down everytime because the people must know why I smell like heaven ha! I lean toward lavender, vanilla, and powdery scents so my recs are true to that.
