I love going to this park to play pickleball or tennis. There's two courts and they're usually empty. They have a nice playground as well as a small football area.
Ramsey Park
If you live in DFW, you’ll more than likely already know about this place. It has many many trails of all different lengths. It can get packed on the weekends so I recommend coming during the week.
Cedar Ridge Preserve
This trail is a lot smaller but it’s usually empty. They have different trails of different lengths and there’s even a little red bridge and a small creek.

This place has a nice mini golf course! I believe there’s 36 holes total and it takes you all around a nice little creek. The holes are fairly easy and some are shaped funny.
Golf Center of Arlington
This park is especially beautiful during the holiday time because their trees are decked out in Christmas lights. It’s a nice spot to sit down and have a picnic or even play volleyball!
Vitruvian Park

There are multiple locations throughout the DFW but this is one of my favorite family style restaurants. They have five different entree options and the sides are free and unlimited. The food is incredibly flavorful.
