Ever since I started using the silk pillow case my face has cleared up a lot. Also, my hair isn't as greasy as it used to be when I used a cotton pillow case. I would highly recommend this!

This definitely works if you're looking for heat-free curls. I put it in before going to bed when my hair was just barely damp, and I wore a satin bonnet over it to avoid frizz. 5 stars. I love it.
