What I love about Devoted Kiss Cafe is that it feels like more than just a coffee stop — it feels intentional. The space is cozy and welcoming, the kind of place you actually want to linger, whether you’re catching up with a friend or wrangling kids ...
Devoted Kiss Cafe
One of our favorite spots! We loved it before having kids but appreciate it so much that they also have a family section so you can meet up with friends with your kids in tow and everyone can have a fun time!
7 Seas Brewing
Fun girls meet up spot to get coffee and paint pottery. Also fun for elementary age kid birthday parties.
Java & Clay Cafe
Favorite place to get exceptional produce. The displays in the store stunning and they have a wonderful selection of in store made grab and go meals that are high quality.
Metropolitan Market Gig Harbor
This park was recently renovated and the kids play structure is so cool! They have a gorgeous facility that you can rent for events. The beach is a great spot to see the orcas when they come through!
Kopachuck State Park
Hands down the best coffee in town. The baristas are always friendly and genuine. They have white coffee which can be hard to find and I encourage you to give it a try!

If you only do one thing in Gig Harbor — do the waterfront walk. Boats, shops, coffee stops, little galleries, and that classic harbor charm all in one stretch. Perfect for stroller walks, slow wandering, and out-of-town guests you want to impress wi...
Gig Harbor Downtown Waterfront
A total gem for families. Huge open fields, great playgrounds, and space for kids to run without you hovering like a security guard. Ideal for picnics, meetups, and burning toddler energy before nap time (parents know this is strategic).
Sehmel Homestead Park
An absolute classic. Casual, lively, and right on the water — this is the place people will ask if you’ve been yet. Known for seafood and that laid-back harbor vibe. Great for visitors and easy local nights out when nobody wants to cook.
Tides Tavern
One of the most charming little spots in town — especially with kids. Harbor WildWatch adds hands-on marine life learning, and the park area hosts markets and events throughout the year. It’s educational without feeling like homework.
Harbor WildWatch
My favorite kind of outing: bagels first, ice cream later. A perfect casual food stop that works for breakfast runs, lunch breaks, or post-park rewards. Simple, local, and always hits.
B's Bagels & Butters
A one-stop fun zone when you want an easy, crowd-pleasing outing. Ocean5 has bowling, games, good food, and enough going on to keep both kids and adults happy. Perfect for rainy days, group hangs, or “we need to get out of the house” energy burns — w...
Ocean5
A quieter, nature-filled park that feels like a little hidden pocket of calm. Great trails, a solid playground, and peaceful spots to wander or reset. It’s an easy yes for stroller walks, slow mornings, and letting kids explore without the big-park c...
Crescent Creek Park
A great low-key park stop with a little bit of everything — trails, playground space, and peaceful nature views. It’s easy to navigate, kid-friendly, and perfect for a quick outdoor reset or a longer wander if everyone’s in a good mood. One of those ...
Gateway Park
My go-to local market when I want groceries that feel a little more special. Harbor Greens is known for its fresh produce, quality meats, and grab-and-go foods that make dinner easier on busy days. It’s clean, well-stocked, and perfect for everything...
