Don't get me wrong, I look at the nutrition label too. But over the years, I'm more concerned about what is in the ingredient list more than the nutrition label. I'm also trying to not completely go broke. So here's some of our grocery items.
Mayo, cooking, pan searing- I love this stuff! It has the most neutral taste, so it's great for making homemade healthy mayo that actually tastes good!

Move over Bluebell- this is by far the BEST chocolate ice cream I've ever had. Not to mention it's made with whole ingredients.

These are a staple in our freezer. The kids love them. And they've gotten me through a colonoscopy, too 🤣

The vintage cola and classic root beer are the only flavors I like, but I do really like them. I don't feel bad drinking these- mentally and physically.

There's obviously brands that are even better than this one. But I simply can't always afford the Daisy cottage cheese is a trade off where I'm still happy with the ingredients list without having to spend too much.
