My favourite places to eat in London
I love Caravan for their fresh, seasonal menu. Affordable for large groups or a treat for one. My favourite dishes on the menu are the crispy tofu and the green tahini cauliflower.
Caravan Exmouth Market: All Day Restaurant in Farringdon
Yes, Gail's is a bakery chain. Yes, some people think they're a harbinger of gentrification. But they do a very nice coffee and honey cake and give you space to sit and be for a little while. I also rate their TooGoodToGo offering if you can snag one...
GAIL's Bakery | Bread, Pastries & Cakes | London Delivery
A posh food court with a range of food options from around the world. Ordering is by app. I had nice but messy tacos, my friend had a vegetarian ramen.

Delicious Sri Lankan food in the heart of Soho. *Very* busy so would definitely recommend booking a table.
Soho - Hoppers London

Shop
The mothership of London bookstores. Multiple floors of books, music, gifts and a cafe. Ideal for those whose idea of happiness is a long, lazy browse around a never ending bookstore.
London Charing Cross Road shop - Foyles
One of my favourite stationery stores in London (and the world). Small but perfectly formed with a mixture of vintage stationery, stickers, pens, pencils and postcards.
Present & Correct
Delightfully whimsical stationery store with a large range of notebooks and pens with a French flavour. Also sells ribbons, stickers, postcards and gifts. A little on the spendy side but very good quality
Choosing Keeping
A large art supply store with an extensive range of washi tape, notebooks, pencils, paints and stickers.
