where we would stay again
The stays that felt just right—beautiful, memorable, and the reason we’d plan the same trip twice.
Hotel Jackson is easily one of the nicest hotels that I have ever had the privilege to stay at. This hotel was the perfect stay for my winter season birthday trip. It was the perfect balance of cozy and luxurious.

The Rustic Inn is such a great place to stay. The scenery surrounding it is absolutely stunning, and it is in a great location; walkable to anywhere you want to go right in town. This is where we stayed during our visit in the fall, and it is where w...

where you HAVE to eat
From cozy favorites to memorable meals, these are the places you’ll still be thinking about long after the trip.
I quite literally dream of a bundled up walk in the snow to get to Persephone Bakery. The coffee and pastries are both stunning, and delicious.

Glorietta is beyond charming. Have your reservation ready, and bring your appetite for a beautifully cozy, family style meal.

Snake River Grill is the perfect place for any special occasion, or just a night out. The atmosphere is so inviting; I love the fireplace.

I can't tell you why Jackson Hole has some of the best sushi that I have ever had, but you'll just have to trust me. When you have had your fill of elk, bison, pasta, and steaks, Kampai is such a nice change of pace. It's modern while still being war...

experiences you can't miss
The kind of experiences that turn a getaway into a story you’ll tell again and again.
It should go without saying, but I can't imagine a trip to Jackson without visiting Grand Teton National Park, more than once. The hiking is incredible, and in my opinion it's the only way to really experience the park in a way that gives it justice.
Grand Teton National Park
When you visit Jackson Hole in the winter you have to go for a visit to the National Elk Refuge for a sleigh ride. As always, the views are incredible, but the guides are so knowledgeable about all things Jackson, and the Grand Tetons.

I dream about sipping wine and taking in the view at the Jackson Hole Winery. This no frills or fuss winery is such a nice way to spend an afternoon, especially after a day or two of getting out to explore the park.

Kemo Sabe is without a doubt an EXPERIENCE. This is one of the first places you need to go once you arrive in Jackson. Make sure you go in prepared to leave with a pair of boots, and a custom hat. (They will even ship it all home for you if you don't...

The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar is iconic. Seeing a live show here is definitely worth planning your trip around.

The Jackson Hole Rodeo is the only thing on this list that I haven't had the joy of experiencing, yet. It runs from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day, and is the reason our next vacation to Jackson will be in the summer.
