Easy-to-follow routines to rebuild strength, focusing on the pelvic floor and core. These workouts included walking, Pilates, resistance bands, and short YouTube sessions designed for postpartum recovery.
I started with the Mutu System, which was amazing for safely strengthening my core and pelvic floor. The workouts were short, effective, and easy to follow at home.

Pilates by Bailey Brown on YouTube became my favorite way to ease back into exercise. It’s gentle but so effective for core and overall body strength. All video are so good, i love to recreate reformer pilates at home, super fun!
