Bond Repair is great for strength. However, hair is always a balance. If your hair is stiff, it needs moisture. If it feels like it’s limp but soft, go for strengthening products above.
I keep this in the shower with my shampoo and conditioner. When hair feels stiff and needs a boost in moisture I add this on after conditioner (as the instructions say to do on the back).
