manhattan
from old-school nyc slices to napoletana spots that take their dough very seriously
bold flavors, thick crust, and that signature sesame seed edge. their spicy vodka square and hot honey slice are a must. big, messy, perfect.
Mama's TOO!
classic nyc slice shop with an upgraded feel. crispy, foldable slices with super flavorful sauce and cheese that’s always bubbling. their spinach slice is and way better than it needs to be. easy stop, never disappoints.
Lucia Pizza
thick pepperoni cups with crispy edges—if you know, you know. greasy, spicy, and satisfying. touristy? yes. but still hits.
Prince Street Pizza
right around the corner from prince st, but without the insane line. their pepperoni square is a near dupe—crispy, cheesy, and loaded with little pepperoni cups. fast, reliable, and hits when you need that fix asap.
Nolita Pizza
straight from naples, literally. soft, pillowy crust with simple ingredients done perfectly. margherita is the move. feels fancy but chill.
L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele NYC
artisanal af. small menu, big price tag, and very hard to get a res but the thick,
fluffy crust and quality ingredients make it worth trying at least once.
Una Pizza Napoletana
famous for a reason. thin crust, vodka sauce, and big family-style pies. the tie dye pie is iconic. great for group dinners or casual date nights. expect a long wait
Rubirosa
old-school nyc pizza spot with coal-fired ovens and perfectly charred crust. no slices—just whole pies, and they’re worth every bite. thin, classic, and nostalgic in the best way.
John's of Bleecker Street
downtown favorite with serious bodega energy and even more serious pizza. thin crust, slightly sweet sauce, and the vibes are always right. sit in the back if you can—it’s a whole scene.
Scarr's Pizza
brooklyn
brooklyn really does it best when it comes to pizza—some cult faves, some newer hype spots, all worth it
flaky crust, melty cheese, perfect every time. their burrata slice is elite, but even a plain slice hits like no other. go early or prepare to wait—it’s always packed for a reason.
L'Industrie Pizzeria
thin, crisp-edged pies with a serious sauce game. the crust has that perfect bite—never floppy, never too thick. flavors rotate weekly, but the vodka, hot pepper, and whipped ricotta combos never miss. dine-in now open, but still feels like a hidden ...
Chrissy’s Pizza
a newer fave but already a top contender. thin, crisp crust with their white slice as their most famous. super craveable and the branding is cute too!
Fini Pizza
iconic, candlelit, cash-only. the wait is insane (like, line up at 3 PM insane), but the thin, blistered pies and fresh ingredients are worth it. feels like a rite of passage.
Lucali
wood-fired and full of flavor. lots of unique options like hot honey or vegan pies, and the crust has that perfect char. the original dining room is vibey, but the slice shop next door is more casual.
